About the Journal

Advances in Material Science is fully peer-reviewed journal that dedicate in promoting the international exchange of scientific information in material science and technology for studying the relationship between structure, physicochemical properties and application of materials. It focuses on the original research paper, review article and short communication recording results or techniques which share by expert and researcher.

The goal of this journal is to explores rapid-growing area, include (but are not limited to) the following fields: chemical synthesis, functional material, metal and alloy, modelling and simulation in structural engineering, catalytic and reactive engineering, polymer processing, optical material, sensor material, porous material, material theory, thermal property, soft matter, glasses, crystallography.

Submission Preparation Checklist

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the Author(s) verifies that the following items have been met:
  1. The submission has not been previously published under another journal, or is currently under consideration for another journal.
  2. The submission format should be in Microsoft Word. Other word processing software may be considered.
  3. DOIs or URLs have been provided wherever possible in the Reference List.
  4. The document(s) have been formatted according to the requirements under Author Guidelines. The placement of illustrations, figures, graphs, tables, and equations have been integrated into the main manuscript.
  5. Instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed in order to comply with the double-blind peer review process employed.

Advances in Material Science (AMS) aims to become an international high-quality interdisciplinary scientific research and technology exchange platform. We especially favourably receive the innovative interdisciplinary articles and researches with high influence. The readership of AMS will include researchers and senior engineers in academic circles.

The Volumes 5 Issues 2 will be officially published in the winter of 2021. Researchers are welcome to contribute high-quality research papers and review articles to this journal.
